Three ways to reach us
Book a medical records review at a time that suits you, call the office, or write to the person you need. Whichever is easiest.
Book a review
Pick a time online
A 45-minute call to go through your claim and what is in your records. No obligation.
By phone
Call the office
If you would rather talk it through first, or you are helping someone else with their claim.
By email
Write to the team
Send us the condition and where the claim stands. Addresses for everyone are further down this page.
Before you get in touch
What to have ready
None of it is required to book. It just means the first conversation gets further.
Useful to have
Whatever you already hold. Nothing needs to be complete.
- The condition you are claiming, and whether it is primary or secondary to something else
- Where you are in the VA process, including any prior decision letters
- Service treatment records and any VA or private records for the condition
- Whether you are working with a VSO or an accredited attorney
What we can’t do here
Worth knowing before you write.
- File your claim, or represent you to the VA. That is a VSO or an accredited attorney
- Give legal advice about your claim
- Tell you what rating you will get. That is the VA’s decision
- Promise an opinion before a physician has read the file
The team
Write to the person you need
Records and scheduling go to operations; clinical questions go to the medical team.
Start here
Send us your records. We’ll tell you what the evidence supports.
No obligation, and a straight answer either way, including if we don’t think a medical opinion would help your claim.
